Founded in Century City in 2010, MFA began its journey in partnership with Old Mutual, delivering exceptional contact centre services. The business later expanded to Port Elizabeth and East London, operating over 350 seats across two locations and continuing to provide high-quality, scalable customer engagement solutions.

 

In 2019, we streamlined operations into our Cape Town headquarters — a strategic move that positioned us to remain resilient and agile through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Today, we proudly operate from a state-of-the-art, 250-seat facility in Century City, with the capacity to scale up to 600 seats. Our team of 150 permanent staff ensures continuity, consistency, and quality of service. We invest in our people so they can take care of our clients and their businesses — because permanent employment not only fosters accountability but also contributes meaningfully to job security and economic stability.

 

Our long-term vision? A world-class, 2,000-seat BPO operation serving clients across the globe.

The visionary seed, first planted by its founder in 2008, who originated from humble beginnings with a handful of staff in a small office has now sprouted to a complement of just under 200 members located in two national offices. Our current capabilities of speaking over 5 different languages, equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure, 1st world strategic management involvement has levelled the playing fields to make MFA an international player in the BPO arena and will soon bring to fruition its medium term goal of housing 2000 call centre seats operating at optimum efficiency.
